The time depends on the size of the space and the type of service
booked. We’ll give you an estimated time frame during your initial
consultation or quote.
It is most preferably you provide a good vacuum cleaner and have
cleaning products while we have cleaning task completed. It is
important you let us know if you do not have cleaning products or
a vacuum cleaner, in this case we will make use of our cleaning
products or vacuum cleaner which attracts extra charges but are
made very minimal and affordable.
However, if you have preferred cleaning products, you’d like us to
use, we’re happy to accommodate.
No, Our policy is two hours minimum per visit, this is to ensure that travel and other expenses remain in proportion to the cleaners’ wages.
A: Our cleaners work based on request & may sometimes need to visit other places, meanwhile if it is made known during a booking request that the same cleaner is requested, we will make them available for you. We understand that it is preferable to have the same cleaner every week and under normal circumstances this is the case.
Yes. We provide urgent clean-up services with short notice which are specially charged due to the urgency and priority. We regard any booking made less than 24 hours to the actual cleaning day as an emergency booking.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right or not properly done, please send an email or call us as soon as possible so we can take corrective measures to respond to your complaint.
It is advisable to make all booking directly through us, not with our cleaners for reliability and accountability. When you book through us, you’re protected by our company policies, insurance, and quality guarantees.
If anything goes wrong, we’re here to resolve it quickly and professionally. By booking through our company, you’re supporting fair wages, legal employment, and ethical work practices. Side bookings can exploit cleaners and breach employment regulations. All scheduling, payments, and updates go through us—making everything easier for you and safer for our staff. Private arrangements often lead to misunderstandings and inconsistencies.
A: Most of our cleaners are okay with pets while a few are not, if you have pets in your property kindly keep us aware so we can provide a cleaner who matches your request and pet friendly. It is mostly advisable to keep pets out of the way or in a safe space while the cleaning service is ongoing.
A: Ironing and washing are included in the regular domestic cleaning service but may come with an extra cost if observed to be large in quantity.
We vet prospective cleaners in the following areas: DBS-checked,
Immigration Status, Proof of identity and home address, General
personality suitability, Past work history and references, Initial
test on common cleaning tasks. All of our cleaners are trained to
deliver high-quality cleaning while maintaining professionalism,
safety, and respect for your space.
